These terms apply to every order placed on stillhush.com and to your use of this site. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

Stillhush is operated from Osijek, Croatia, and sells to customers in the United States. You can reach us at the email address on our Contact page.

What we sell — and what it is not

QuietBeam X is a consumer wellness product intended for a twenty-minute evening routine. It is not a medical device, it has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It is not a hearing aid and is not a substitute for care from a physician or audiologist. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified professional before use, and stop using the product if you experience discomfort.

Orders and prices

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation; we may refuse or cancel an order at any time before then, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock errors, and we will refund any amount already paid. We may correct pricing or description errors on the site at any time.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, shipping costs, return windows and refund terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your shipping address. Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Stillhush and QuietBeam X names, the site content, images and text are ours or our licensors’ and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order or from use of the site or product is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
