Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Use it every evening first; that is what the 30 nights are for.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number. We reply with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for that email before sending anything back, so we can match the parcel to your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.

Not covered

Returns requested after the 30-day window, and items not in original condition.
